Boss & Associates, Pc is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) practice based in East Lansing, Michigan. They rather keep managers who are clearly doing wrong within the company to save a few bucks instead of doing what's right. This company started to become cold and cheap to some employees. I can count on one hand how many people actually helped me when I seemed help. This job became less caring and the company itself cared less & less about their employees.
In the beginning I loved it, I was excited to learn more and grow within the company.however, over the years they changed & quite dramatically too.
